T&N Travel Ltd. and its affiliate web site www.city-hotel-booking.com have a limited liability. Www.city-hotel-booking.com acts only as an agent for the travelers in all functions concerning hotel reservations, airport transfers, tours, sightseeing tours and any transportation, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as government acts, or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.), or from any cause beyond the control of T&N Travel Ltd. and its web site. Www.city-hotel-booking.com is not responsible for the loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedule or other causes. Www.city-hotel-booking.com and its suppliers reserve the rights to: vary itineraries in order to improve each tour to the tour participants’ enjoyment and advantage; cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements.


Rates are displayed and payable in EUR only. They are subject to currency fluctuations. Therefore there may be slight variations in the rates on a daily basis. The quotas are only available if you book through www.city-hotel-booking.com. The rates are per room per night for hotel reservations and per way for transfer bookings.
Value Added Tax is included in the fees.
For most of the hotels all local taxes, including VAT and all service charges are enclosed in the room price.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice. If for any reason the quoted price is incorrect, the team of www.city-hotel-booking.com will contact you for authorization. Tips, services not described in the product description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.
Breakfast is usually included in the room price for most of the hotels. However, please check under each hotel offer the supplement meal the price includes. If you would like to have any other kind of meal, you will need to pay for it directly to the hotel.

RO – Room Only (no breakfast)
BB – Bed & Breakfast (Continental or American Breakfast)
HB – Half Board (includes breakfast and dinner)
FB – Full Board (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)
AI – All Inclusive (includes a minimum of three meals daily, soft drinks, most alcoholic drinks, gratuities and possibly other services in the price)

Room types:

When making the reservation please make sure that the room type chosen by you is suitable to accommodate the number of guests going to stay in it. If people prove to be more than the room can accommodate, the hotel is within its rights not to accept the booking and no refund will be possible.

Room types

*Please be informed that the hotel is within its rights to charge for the difference, if the child is over 12 years of age. Accommodation is usually free for children under 6 years of age. However, some hotels could charge for it 50 % of the adult price or as a double room in the case of Single plus Child. We will inform you in advance about the pricing policy of each hotel.

Meet & Greet Services:
VAT is not included in the fees.
Air passengers (5 and more) and groups travelling on the same flight are charged differently.
Children between the age of 0-6, accompanied by an adult, are exempt from charge; children between 7 -12 years old avail of a 50% discount. Children are not included in the group count.

Hotel reservations, airport transfers or any services provided by www.city-hotel-booking.com must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payment will be listed as “T&N Travel Ltd.” on the credit card statement.
You will be charged in EUR at the exchange rate applicable on the date of your booking.
Prepayment for transfers in other  cities in Turkey than Istanbul is needed due to the more complex organization of these services. Advance payment guarantees you specially discounted prices. It also means security for both the provider and the client holding a voucher for his/her prepaid services. As soon as a full prepayment for the transfer service has been done the client will be eligible to receive his/her voucher straight away.
If you do not have a credit card, you may arrange payment by bank transfer (www.city-hotel-booking.com bank account details need to be requested from our Customer Care Representatives). Before proceeding with the bank transfer, please make sure that your booking is confirmed by our Reservation team.
The bank transfer should be made at least 7 day prior to the check-in date. When you have arranged the payment, please contact our Customer Care Representatives again and send a scanned copy of the banking invoice to the following e-mail: info@city-hotel-booking.com.


After payment www.city-hotel-booking.com will send a confirmation/voucher by e-mail that has to be printed as a proof of purchase and presented to the service provider.
All information about the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.
Any requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by e-mail to: info@city-hotel-booking.com.
Www.city-hotel-booking.com cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur if you do not receive or read carefully your confirmation/voucher.

Cancellations and amendments can be done only during business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am until 6 pm – CET + 2 (Central European Time) or on Saturday from 9 am to 1.30 pm – CET + 2.

We will not accept any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel.
Cancellations of bookings made through www.city-hotel-booking.com will be accepted only if communicated by a written notice (e-mail). The client should either send a cancellation request via a certified e-mail (return receipt requested) or by using our contact form available online. In the e-mail notification should be supplied: the reservation reference number, check-in date, check-out date, departure date and lead name. The reservation cannot be considered for cancelled unless the client has received a written cancellation confirmation from www.city-hotel-booking.com. Before proceeding with any service cancellation the customer must make sure that cancellation deadline for that specific booking hasn’t passed otherwise full cancellation charges may apply equal to the total amount of the booking.


For Transfer services:
The cancellation deadline is 1 day (24 hours) prior to the transfer date and will be clearly advised on the package/service voucher as well as in the confirmation e-mail to the client.
The day of the service or after it: 100 % cancellation fee / no refund.
Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by www.city-hotel-booking.com will be followed by a confirming cancellation e-mail from us.
will not be responsible for any unconfirmed back cancellation and might debit the relevant no-show charges.

For Hotel reservations:
Hotels have different cancellation policies. The usual cancellation deadline is 3 days prior to the arrival date at the hotel.
The cancellation deadline is several days prior to check in date and will be clearly advised on the book page before payment (Please check the section: CXL deadline) and as well as in the confirmation e-mail to the client.
The day of the check in or after it: 100% cancellation fee / no refund.

Some hotels apply a cancellation fee at the cost of the whole stay in case of a no-show or a cancellation, especially when the booking period coincides with a trade fair, an exhibition or a special event taking place at the hotel destination. You will be informed accordingly and in time about any special cancellation terms during the booking process before proceeding to your payment (Please check the section: CXL deadline).

Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by www.city-hotel-booking.com will be followed by a confirming cancellation e-mail from us.
Www.city-hotel-booking.com will not be liable for any cancellation not confirmed back to you and might debit the relevant no-show charges.

Amendment policy

Making amendments, i.e. submitting changes to your reservations are subject to the approval of www.city-hotel-booking.com and its service providers. Any correction in the reservation components may result in additional administrative charges of which the client will be advised at the time of the amendment request.

For Transfer services:
Amendments of the dates, the pick-up/drop-off point, the number of passengers (the vehicle size), the flight number, the arrival/departure hours, the delivery address, the client’s phone number, etc. should be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to the transfer date.

For Hotel reservations:
Changes in the hotel reservation can be made till 1 (one) day prior to the arrival date in the hotel. Some hotels may have different amendment policies. Upon receiving a confirmation e-mail you will be advised whether it is possible or not to make changes and if some amendment charges apply. Please note that without getting a confirmation from us, you cannot consider your booking amended.

The amendment request has to be sent in writing either by e-mail (return receipt requested) or through the contact form available on www.city-hotel-booking.com website.

Cancellation deadline
Please note that each reservation has its own cancellation deadline.
The section which gives information about the cancellation deadline (CXL deadline) and the Terms & Conditions is visible in the process of booking. Please check it out carefully.

Last-minute changes in the customer’s transfer pick-up hours can be submitted to www.city-hotel-booking.com via SMS text message as well (only if sent from the phone number supplied to us when the online booking was made). The reservation cannot be considered amended unless the client has received a written amendment confirmation from www.city-hotel-booking.com. Telephone requested amendments of booked transfer services will not be accepted, unless they relate to a possible transfer delay within 1 hour of the arranged pick-up time.

Refund policy

For Transfer Services:
Refunds will  be processed only if they have been approved by www.city-hotel-booking.com or by the third party providers of car-rentals, tours or other services, No reimbursement will be possible unless www.city-hotel-booking.com has received the refund from the mentioned service suppliers. The repayment amount will be determined in accordance to the date of the cancellation request. In case of a delay of more than 1 hour or no show (the client fails to arrive at the meeting point), no balance will be refunded. Any approved reimbursements will be credited back to the client’s credit card originally used for making the payment no later than 7 business days. Refunds are possible only in the same currency in which the booking has been paid.

Www.city-hotel-booking.com cannot refund transfers due to flight cancellation. If the client needs to cancel a transfer booked through www.city-hotel-booking.com website, he/she should e-mail the cancellation request confirming the reason for the late cancellation. We will then issue to him/her a cancellation invoice that the customer can use to make a claim to his/her travel insurance company.

For Hotel reservations:
If you have cancelled your booking in accordance with the cancellation policy of www.city-hotel-booking.com, you will be refunded. Any refund due will be returned back directly to the credit/debit card that has been used to pay for the booking. The repayment normally takes 15 days to appear on your credit card statement depending on the banking system.


Customer needs to check he has got the appropriate documents for his journey, especially if he booked a hotel reservation in, transfers to or any transportation service including a flight or a visit of a foreign country. He has to hold a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

Smoking on board is strictly forbidden.

Any booking made through www.city-hotel-booking.com is subject to the Terms & Conditions published on its website.
